You have received a proposal and/or proof for your stationery order via email.  Please review your proposal/proof carefully and notify your designer with any questions or concerns you may have.  If all details are agreeable, you will be required to complete an online purchase agreement. Complete the agreement and submit the agreed upon payment (invoice will be emailed directly) to begin the production process.

CLIENT EXPECTATIONS  As a client, you are expected to always respond in a timely manner to proof reviews, contracts, payment schedules, and requests for information. You are expected to provide your designer with your address list in a properly formatted document in a time manner to ensure delivery of your order in a reasonable time frame. Please review the following points carefully paying special attention to areas regarding your responsibility.


TIMELINE /PRODUCTION We will work with your timeline to deliver your invitations in within the agreed upon time frame. Finalized invitation orders are required no less than 4 months prior to the wedding date in order to guarantee adequate time for delivery. Client delivery of the address list database may also influence the delivery schedule. Failure to provide the complete database at the time of order placement may result in delivery delay. Expedited production and shipping may be available but generally requires at least 14 business days for production from time of proof approval plus shipping time from the production plant. Additional charges apply for expedited production.


SHIPPING  Hand delivery is always free of charge for clients in the local Atlanta/Chattanooga area. Charges for shipping outside of the delivery area will be added to your total or may be included in your package pricing.



  • Clients are emailed an online proof for review prior to production. You will receive a high resolution PDF or JPG file via email. Before completing your online proof approval process, please be sure to review your invitation wording carefully, paying special attention to punctuation and capitalization. Another set of eyes is always helpful, so feel free to share your proof with a friend for review as well. The remaining balance will be due upon proof approval, leaving only any applicable postage overage due prior to delivery.

  • Colors may vary slightly from screen to print as online PDF or JPG proofs are shown on your RGB (red/green/blue) screen and prints are professionally produced in CMYK (cyan/magenta/yellow/black) on a digital press.

  • Paper, print, and monitor displays all use different kinds of color profiles. Paper Made Lovely uses a high quality CMYK digital press. This means that any color profile will be translated into CMYK as part of the printing process. 

  • Colors in any given file will vary slightly in print result from printer to printer, from print run to print run, and from paper to paper. When a physical proof is ordered through our print studio, we do our best to ensure that final prints match the proof as closely as possible. However, please be aware that there may be a slight variance even between a proof and a final order. We only ship final prints that are within an acceptable industry variance for color.



ASSEMBLY  If you purchased full assembly service or it is included in your selected package, all pieces of your suite that require adhesive will be professionally mounted during production. All inserts that do not require handwritten information (in some cases, clients may opt for RSVP cards that require a handwritten number of seats reserved) or postage (response & delivery envelopes if postage service is not purchased).  ​If you opted for DIY assembly, we recommend Elmers No Wrinkle Glue Pens (the glue is orange) for optimal results.


ADDRESSING SERVICE  If you have purchased full addressing services or have purchased a package which includes full or partial addressing, please be advised that a digital address database will be required. This address list can be a simple Word or Google Doc or an Excel or Google Sheet. Clients are responsible for collecting, inputting, and formatting addresses and providing them to your designer in a timely manner. Paper Made Lovely shall not be held responsible for delayed delivery of client-provided address database, incorrect addresses, typos, or omitted addresses. POSTAGE SERVICE  Postage application is also available upon request.  If applicable, postage charges for your invitation suite have been estimated in this pricing quote.  Should additional postage be required after the final assembled piece is weighed by the USPS and accurate postage is calculated, the difference will be added to your final balance due prior to delivery. If postage is purchased through Paper Made Lovely, your invitation suites will arrive fully assembled, sealed, and ready for mailing. If you need to hand-write information on your RSVP cards, please be sure to discuss this with your designer so that envelopes may remain unsealed.

MAILING SERVICE  If you have purchased our mailing service, your fully assembled and addressed stationery will be stuffed, sealed, stamped by a Paper Made Lovely staff member. Your sealed envelopes will then be delivered to a local USPS location for processing. If hand-cancelling of postage is available at said local USPS, your PML staff member will hand-cancel each envelope to avoid the first round of machine processing by the USPS. Please note that hand-cancelling is not available in all locations at all times as many USPS offices have discontinued the practice completely.


Paper Made Lovely shall not be held responsible for items mailed to but not received by the recipient.



Due to the customized nature of our items, returns are not accepted and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. If there is an issue with your digital proof file, please contact us immediately so that your file can be revised and a new proof sent.  It is the client’s responsibility to review the files emailed prior to printing and online proof approval is REQUIRED before production will begin.

The following points will be addressed in all contracts set forth by Paper Made Lovely...


DATE CHANGES  In the event the wedding couple is forced to change the date of the wedding every effort will be made by Paper Made Lovely to accommodate and support the new date. The wedding couple agrees that in the event of a date change any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable are the sole responsibility of the wedding couple. There may also be additional charges above and beyond those set forth in this agreement that would be discussed. The wedding couple further understands that last minute changes can impact the quality of the product and Paper Made Lovely is not responsible for these compromises in quality.


DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES  This agreement constitutes an order for stationery, and any additional services outlined. It is agreed to by both parties, Paper Made Lovely and Client, as described above. Client agrees to pay Total Amount by the Final Payment Date as defined in this agreement.


ENTIRE AGREEMENT  This is the entire agreement between Paper Made Lovely and Client and supersedes all previous agreements. It cannot be altered without written consent of both Vendor and Client.


EXECUTION  Digitally signing an agreement set forth by Paper Made Lovely has the same effect as manually signing a paper original.


INDEMNIFICATION  Client hereby agrees to indemnify, release, discharge and hold harmless Paper Made Lovely, its heirs, legal representatives, assigns, employees or any persons or corporations acting under permission or authority of Paper Made Lovely from and against any liability or claims arising as a result of any work done related to this agreement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  Paper Made Lovely shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this Agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to client participation in providing pertinent information, acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.


PERMISSIONS  The wedding couple authorizes Paper Made Lovely and its staff to publish photographs taken of their purchased products and/or likeness of, for use in Paper Made Lovely print, online, social media and video-based marketing materials, as well as other company publications. They release and hold harmless Paper Made Lovely from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above. They further acknowledge that their participation is voluntary and will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of photographs or participation in company marketing materials or other company publications.


RESERVATION & RESERVATION FEE  The amount due at signing, as defined within this agreement, is a non-refundable Reservation Fee. Upon receipt Paper Made Lovely will reserve the time necessary to meet with clients, provide design mockups, provide digital proofs, produce prints, and assemble orders.

TRANSFER  This agreement cannot be transferred or assigned to any third party by either Paper Made Lovely or the Client without written consent of both parties.
